When folded, it takes up minimal space in transport due to its unique design features. 

One cargo truck can carry up to 6 modules, which can be assembled into a building with an area of 90 square meters. If needed, the structure can be quickly folded and transported to any location with ease. Setting it up at a new site is effortless as well — each module takes just 30 minutes to install. 

DURABILITY OF STRUCTURES

At first glance, these buildings might seem unreliable, but the developed Modulex construction technology ensures high wear resistance. The core of the structure is a strong metal frame that withstands external influences. The walls are made of sandwich panels, securely fastened together using tongue-and-groove joints. Inside, they are filled with high-quality insulation, with a thickness ranging from 5 to 10 cm, depending on the building’s purpose. These panels are characterized by: 

• resistance to temperature and humidity fluctuations;
• fire resistance;
• high durability;
• easy maintenance.
